Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery on products ordered online is via courier.

Orders placed before 10am on Monday to Thursday will normally arrive the next day before 4pm.

Orders placed Friday before 10am will normally be delivered the following Monday before 4pm.

Orders placed after 10am on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will generally be delivered the following Tuesday before 4pm.

We will e-mail you a tracking number which you can input on the courier’s website www.apc-overnight.com to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Saturday delivery, early & late deliveries may be available for an additional surcharge.

There are no deliveries on bank holidays or Sundays.

Deliveries of goods a value of £100 or more are free to mainland UK addresses.

For deliveries of less than £100 a surcharge of £5 will normally apply.

For Scottish Isles, Northern & Southern Ireland and all UK offshore extra charges will also apply.

Receiving Your Delivery

If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please give us details of a safe place or alternative address where we can leave your order. If your order is left somewhere at your request and subsequently goes missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can take responsibility.

 

Damaged, Faulty Goods & Returns

Any claims for short delivery or breakage or any other defect or deficiency must be notified to us or any third-party courier immediately.

You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered and in fulfillment of your order unless we hear from you within three days of delivery, and you will not be entitled to reject them thereafter except as set out below.

If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund provided you contact us by telephone, post, fax or email within three working days of delivery. You may be required to return the unfinished bottle for inspection, with cost of shipping the wine back to us refundable when the wine is assessed as faulty
